Ernie went above and beyond for me. I came in during a tough financial stretch, and instead of just chasing a sale, he actually cared about my situation. My livelihood depends on having a reliable car to get to work, and he treated that like it mattered every step of the way. Financing wasn't easy on my end, but Ernie was patient and accommodating the whole time, never made me feel rushed or judged. People like him are rare.
