The Finance Manager is the expert for all finance and insurance matters. The Finance Manager is there to educate and provide resources to customers to ensure they are matched with the best financing options. They are also there to help educate the sales staff on all finance and insurance procedures to ensure our customers receive the best car buying experience. In this role you will set and achieve goals to drive optimal performance to increase market share and maximize profit margins.

Tasks:
- Educates customers on their vehicle financing & lease options.
- Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Works closely with financial institutions and builds relationships with representatives to offer quality service, secure competitive interest rates and financing programs to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Processes financing and leasing deals accurately and efficiently
- Secures approvals through financial sources through the proper finance channels to meet customer needs.
- Understands and complies with federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect the sales department.
- Operates in compliance with best practices to ensure customer retention and satisfaction are achieved and maintains ethical business practices for the organization.
- Ensures all documents relating to new vehicle programs are completed in accordance with audit ready requirements
- Ensures ongoing communication with department managers and sales staff for client updates and delivery schedules
- Actively participates in training sales staff on finance and insurance related aspects
The Qualifications:
- Financial and automotive experience is preferred; experience as a finance manager within an automotive dealership will take preference
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- A strong desire to exceed goals and objective by taking initiative
- Excellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clients
- Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in quality work
- High degree of honesty and integrity to ensure confidentiality and best practices are being upheld
- Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Valid driver license

- Build strong relationships with customers assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures with a focus on increasing sales volume.
- Ensure all guests of the dealership are dealt with in a positive and professional manner.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle inventory and deliver strong product knowledge.
- Perform high quality and professional vehicle demonstrations for customers.
- Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

At CarEvo, we are renowned for our VIP Service and we have an opening for a full-time Lot Attendant. The role of the Lot Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance of the lot and the organization of vehicles in stock.

Role Requirements:
- Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Sales Managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Upholds safety standards by ensuring hazards are removed from the lot, driveway and sidewalks
- Maintain used vehicle lot inventory, lineup, appearance and order
- Keep front line and back lot neat and orderly, moving vehicles as directed
- Drive new and used vehicles in dealership parking lot and to other locations for vehicle pickup/delivery as needed
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages and report to Detail Manager
- Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate area
- Sticker vehicles with appropriate forms and frames
- Actively participate in reporting all safety concerns
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
The Qualifications:
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to operate automobiles of all shapes and sizes
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- A passion for customer service and Automobiles
- Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer
